L\u2019adoption d\u2019une CDP permet ainsi de collecter, de structurer et d\u2019exploiter la donn\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on optimale. Au-del\u00e0 des dimensions techno et Data, les enjeux marketing constituent le coeur d\u2019un projet CDP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet article, nous vous proposons de passer en revue les principaux enjeux auxquels une Customer Data Platform permet de r\u00e9pondre. Nous y aborderons notamment les questions de connaissance client, de personnalisation et d\u2019activation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enjeu n\u00b01 : Une donn\u00e9e de qualit\u00e9 et structur\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme son nom l\u2019indique, la CDP est centr\u00e9e sur la gestion de la donn\u00e9e client. Le premier objectif d\u2019une CDP est donc de <strong>recueillir l\u2019ensemble des donn\u00e9es disponibles<\/strong>, tous canaux confondus : site Internet, applications, achats en magasins, outils CRM, fichiers. La CDP permet ainsi de disposer d\u2019une donn\u00e9e compl\u00e8te, qui provient \u00e0 la fois de sources online et offline.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La donn\u00e9e est ensuite <strong>nettoy\u00e9e, enrichie et structur\u00e9e<\/strong>, pour pouvoir \u00eatre plus facilement exploit\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la Data est aujourd\u2019hui consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le nouvel or noir, la CDP est bel et bien l\u2019outil qui lui conf\u00e8re toute sa valeur ajout\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enjeu n\u00b02 : la CDP comme levier de connaissance client<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La CDP est un outil qui permet de recueillir l\u2019ensemble des donn\u00e9es clients, mais surtout de rassembler <strong>toutes les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 un client<\/strong>. Elle apporte ainsi une vision \u00e0 la fois globale et sp\u00e9cifique. Elle permet notamment de conna\u00eetre toutes les interactions d\u2019un client (ou prospect) avec la marque, via la mise en place d\u2019un R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel Client Unique (le RCU). Les marques disposent ainsi d\u2019une vision 360\u00b0, de chacun de leur client, et de l\u2019ensemble de leur base.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enjeu n\u00b03 : la Customer Data Platform pour l\u2019activation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Qui dit meilleure connaissance client dit meilleure performance des actions marketing et de communication.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La donn\u00e9e disponible \u00e9tant compl\u00e8te et de qualit\u00e9, elle peut \u00eatre exploit\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on optimale. En fonction des objectifs de l\u2019entreprise (en termes de ciblage, de transformation ou de fid\u00e9lisation), diff\u00e9rents dispositifs d\u2019activation de la donn\u00e9e peuvent \u00eatre mis en place.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CDP favorisant une segmentation beaucoup plus fine de la base de donn\u00e9es, elle permet de cr\u00e9er des audiences et d\u2019imaginer des actions tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9es pour atteindre les objectifs marketing de l\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enjeu n\u00b04 : l\u2019ultra-personnalisation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous souvenez-vous de l\u2019\u00e9poque des mass mailings ? L\u2019approche ne fait plus par canal de communication (les magasins d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, les sites et applis de l\u2019autre), ni par produit. Avec la CDP, l\u2019approche se veut r\u00e9solument <strong>Client Centric<\/strong>. La mise en place d\u2019exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9ritablement omnicanales n\u00e9cessite d\u2019adopter une vision transversale qui int\u00e8gre l\u2019ensemble des canaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enjeu n\u00b06 : la performance d\u2019entreprise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de ses fonctionnalit\u00e9s de recueil, de structuration et d\u2019activation, la CDP est \u00e9galement un<strong> outil de pilotage<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La meilleure connaissance des clients permet de mieux d\u00e9finir les cibles prioritaires et leurs attentes. D\u2019o\u00f9 la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mieux d\u00e9terminer les nouvelles offres, les nouveaux produits, les nouvelles campagnes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les KPIs disponibles sur la plateforme permettent de prioriser les actions, d\u2019arbitrer certaines d\u00e9cisions et de <strong>mieux piloter la strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;entreprise<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par le niveau d\u2019information et les potentialit\u00e9s d\u2019activation qu\u2019elle offre, la CDP favorise \u00e9galement le gain de temps, la pertinence des actions marketing et le ROI des campagnes.
