Peut-on revenir sur l\u2019objectif et l\u2019enjeu de ces approches ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on d\u00e9veloppe une approche mixte&nbsp;segmentation et persona, on associe qualitatif et quantitatif pour obtenir une vision plus fine des clients, ce qui permet de personnaliser les dispositifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La segmentation<\/strong>&nbsp;permet de comprendre la base clients. Avec la segmentation, l\u2019id\u00e9e est de s\u2019appuyer sur la Data pour rassembler les clients qui se ressemblent, et ce au-del\u00e0 de la classification traditionnelle \u00ab anciens clients \/ nouveaux clients \u00bb ou \u00ab Clients ayant fait moins de 3 achats \/ Clients ayant fait plus de 3 achats \u00bb. On peut ainsi segmenter en int\u00e9grant toutes les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 disposition sur les diff\u00e9rents points d\u2019interactions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La segmentation constitue une approche quantitative qui repose sur l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9laboration de&nbsp;<strong>personae<\/strong>&nbsp;rel\u00e8ve au contraire d\u2019une approche davantage qualitative, se basant sur des recherches et des interviews : il s\u2019agit de personnages semi-fictifs \u00e9labor\u00e9s par extrapolation, sur la base de donn\u00e9es socio-d\u00e9mographiques, de comportements d\u2019achat, de freins \u00e0 l\u2019achat\u2026 Cette classification rel\u00e8ve d\u2019une approche principalement m\u00e9tier et non Data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, si on devait r\u00e9sumer, on pourrait dire que le m\u00e9tier construit les personae tandis que la data construit la segmentation. Aujourd\u2019hui, ces deux modes de classification sont rarement pleinement associ\u00e9s car il s\u2019agit de deux approches distinctes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or l\u2019objectif de la segmentation, comme celle des personae : mieux conna\u00eetre ses clients et prospects afin de pouvoir personnaliser la fa\u00e7on dont on va ensuite s\u2019adresser \u00e0 eux, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse des dispositifs d\u2019animation, du plan relationnel ou du programme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selon vous, quel est l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019une approche qui mixerait segmentation et persona ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on d\u00e9veloppe une approche mixte&nbsp;segmentation et persona, on associe qualitatif et quantitatif pour obtenir une vision plus fine des clients, ce qui permet de personnaliser les dispositifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour aboutir \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat pertinent, l\u2019enjeu est de pouvoir relier les deux. Cela passe par la constitution de personae qui ne sont pas uniquement le fruit de l\u2019intuition ou de st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes, mais qui s\u2019appuient sur les \u00e9tudes conso et la Data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette utilisation coupl\u00e9e permet au final d\u2019imaginer les choses de fa\u00e7on plus concr\u00e8te, et donc de mieux construire son offre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concr\u00e8tement, comment mettre la Data au centre des approches ? Et comment constitue-t-on des personae \u00e0 partir de la Data ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la segmentation, l\u2019id\u00e9e est de compiler un maximum de donn\u00e9es telles que les donn\u00e9es socio-d\u00e9mographiques (genre, \u00e2ge, localisation, CSP, structure familiale), les donn\u00e9es li\u00e9es au comportement d\u2019achat (r\u00e9cence, fr\u00e9quence, panier moyen, familles de produits..), les donn\u00e9es digitales (nombre de sessions et visites, pages consult\u00e9es..) et les donn\u00e9es CRM (taux d\u2019ouverture, de clics, de r\u00e9activit\u00e9 en fonction des typologies de campagnes\u2026). L\u2019id\u00e9al est de pouvoir rassembler ces quatre cat\u00e9gories de donn\u00e9es, ce qui est plus facile dans certains secteurs comme le retail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la constitution des personae, nous nous appuyons chez LineUp7 sur 3 \u00e9l\u00e9ments :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Data, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les donn\u00e9es clients d\u00e9tenues par la marque, desquelles r\u00e9sultent la segmentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le march\u00e9, avec une vision \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es du secteur, des \u00e9tudes conso,\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le terrain, qui r\u00e9sulte de la vision des collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise et de leur connaissance de leurs clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La constitution des personae s\u2019appuie donc sur la segmentation, \u00e0 laquelle on adjoint les visions march\u00e9 et terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si les personae restent des personnages semi-fictifs car nous proc\u00e9dons par extrapolation, cette m\u00e9thodologie nous permet de rattacher les personnes de la base non seulement \u00e0 des segments, mais aussi \u00e0 des personae sp\u00e9cifiques.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les avantages \/ r\u00e9percussions de cette approche mixte bas\u00e9e sur la Data ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les marques, adopter cette approche mixte segmentation-persona en mettant la Data au c\u0153ur de la d\u00e9marche pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&gt; D\u00e9tenir une vision plus juste de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, une meilleure connaissance de \u2018Qui sont mes clients?\u2019 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup de marques ont une vision biais\u00e9e de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de leur base. Pour vous citer un exemple, un de nos clients \u00e9tait persuad\u00e9 de s\u2019adresser \u00e0 une cible de moins de 40 ans. Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 les personae sur base de sa data, il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e2ge moyen \u00e9tait en fait de 47 ans. Il s\u2019agit donc de r\u00e9ajuster les croyances, pour ensuite r\u00e9adapter les actions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&gt; Associer les contacts en base \u00e0 des personae, ce qui permet d\u2019embarquer le m\u00e9tier dans la Data.
